WHY
Any maintenance activity, to give the best results, must be part of a structured Project of Maintenance Engineering. In particular, every form of prevention and continuous improvement, planned and programmed after an analysis conducted following internationally approved criteria, are a solution to the spontaneous failure. A necessary condition of success for a leading-edge company is a Maintenance Engineering formalized and operating with the best technologies on the market.
WHEN
The Maintenance Engineering must be implemented before launching the Maintenance Project as a whole, especially before implementing the key instrument of the system, ie the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system). If the customer’s reality already has implemented this Maintenance Engineering instrument, Auditech still recommends an assessment to verify the upgrade and we can support the customer in case of need of technical and organizational integration.
HOW
Auditech has developed a modular set of proposals to make the necessary training in the development and updating the Maintenance Engineering, the Maintenance Project and how to handle those technical and managerial instruments. In a nutshell, design the maintenance corresponds to transfer a systematic and scientific resources, available from Corrective Maintenance (to failure), to the Preventive/ Programmed Maintenance in its canonical forms (Cyclic, Predictive, ameliorative). The training modules of Auditech allow to carefully develop custom programs.
WHERE
For Auditech the Maintenance Engineering training is strongly guided by the "learning by doing" and takes place mostly at the customer and in the field. By doing so this maximizes the fallout of practice (essential) theoretical parts of training cycles. In addition, the work of the multidisciplinary team made on site, creates immediately the optimal environment to share ideas, experiences and knowledge among maintainers, manufacturers and designers.
